When people consider the food experience on a dude ranch in they likely think of enjoying bison, elk, venison, and other delectable Western dishes. While we serve these classics, we also provide our guests  dishes they may not expect, such as our grilled salmon with tomato caper compound butter:

In addition to the salmon, we also serve pan seared scallops complimented by cranberry brown rice. So, seafood lovers fear no more that you’ll have to go without for your week with us!

Secondly, our potential guests should know that we love to celebrate. Because we host only forty guests per week, we are able to provide a personal experience by celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons and more milestones.

Finally, it is important to note that our kitchen is happy to cater to dietary needs. For vegetarians, we offer delicious options such as stuffed bell peppers, or a portobello mushroom with summer squash. Every morning on our breakfast buffet we provide gluten-free bread and bagels. For those with a dairy intolerance, we have almond and soy milk. These are just a few examples of dietary alternatives, and if you have a different specific need please don’t hesitate to inquire.
